Please ensure you have read and understood the following terms & conditions prior to booking.


Hall Let Agreement T&C’s

  • If damage is sustained to any furniture, fixtures, fittings or fabric of the building, I agree to be responsible for the cost of replacement and/or repair of such damage.
  • I agree to ensure that the premises are left in reasonably tidy condition after use and understand that the committee may add an additional charge if they are dissatisfied with the state of the premises after use.
  • All emergency exits must remain clear and access available at all time
  • The let form must be returned 30 days prior to the event together with a non-refundable deposit of £20. The £20 deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
  • A minimum of 1 responsible adult steward must be used for this let. You must advise the committee of the names of the stewards attending. The stewards must not be under the influence of alcohol during the let.
  • Only alcohol purchased on the premises may be consumed within the centre.
  • Premises must be vacated within 30 minutes of end of let, or additional charges will apply.
  • Please note rental charges are inclusive of all facilities, however you must complete the accommodation required section advising us fully of the areas required. Areas of the hall not specifically requested will not be available.
  • All bookings must be confirmed at least 4 weeks prior to the event. If bar licence is required 6 weeks’ notice must be given.
  • Please note that the committee reserve the right to have a member n duty who may close the function if he/she deems such action necessary.
  • I understand that I am responsible for the activities within the premises during the let.
  • I fully understand that Queenzieburn Community Centre is not responsible for any injuries sustained during the let. Activities will be at guests’ own risk.
  • Proof of age identification must be produced at the bar if required.
